The ticket system allows users to create support tickets in designated channels. Administrators can manage these tickets, including opening, closing, and claiming tickets through a user-friendly interface with buttons.


πŸ› οΈ Initial Setup

Before using the ticket system, ensure that you have completed the initial setup. To set up the ticket system, follow these steps:

  1. Use the command:
    /setup
  2. Follow the prompts to configure the ticket settings appropriately.

πŸ› οΈ Accessing Ticket Settings

Once the ticket system is set up, you can manage ticket settings by starting with the Settings command:

  1. Use the command:
    /settings
  2. Click on the Ticket Settings button to access ticket-related options.

Once you’re in the Ticket Settings, you will have the following options:

1. Close Ticket

2. Claim Ticket

3. Add Member to Ticket
