π Overview
The ticket system allows users to create support tickets in designated channels. Administrators can manage these tickets, including opening, closing, and claiming tickets through a user-friendly interface with buttons.
π οΈ Initial Setup
Before using the ticket system, ensure that you have completed the initial setup. To set up the ticket system, follow these steps:
Use the command:
/setup
Follow the prompts to configure the ticket settings appropriately.
π οΈ Accessing Ticket Settings
Once the ticket system is set up, you can manage ticket settings by starting with the Settings command:
Use the command:
/settings
Click on the Ticket Settings button to access ticket-related options.
ποΈ Available Ticket Settings Options
Once youβre in the Ticket Settings, you will have the following options:
1. Close Ticket
Command: /ticketclose
Description: Closes the currently active ticket.
Usage: Users or admins can close an open ticket by using this command.
2. Claim Ticket
Command: /claimticket
Description: Claims the current ticket for handling.
Usage: Moderators or staff members can claim a ticket to indicate they are addressing the issue.
3. Add Member to Ticket
Command: /ticketadd @member
Description: Adds a specified member to the ticket channel.
Usage: This command allows ticket managers to invite additional members to view and participate in the ticket.

When a ticket is opened, the following buttons will be available in the ticket channel:
Close Ticket Button
Function: Closes the ticket.

Claim Ticket Button
Function: Claims the ticket for a staff member.

To change ticket settings, follow these steps:
Open the Settings menu using /settings.
